Alice Hill of the Hoover Institute convened a broad range of policy makers, planners, investors, engineers, and community members to build more resilient infrastructure projects. These physical structures and services will serve communities in the coming decades; thus it is increasingly important that such infrastructure be resilient to climate change and other risks.
