Maryia Markvhida at the EERI Sacramento Regional Chapter Meeting

Maria Markhvida presented Assessing Disaster Resilience: From Regional Losses to Household Well-Being at the EERI chapter meeting in Sacramento, which introduces a framework for modeling direct and indirect economic losses considering uncertainty. Much of Maryia’s work has been in collaboration with Stephane Hallegatte and Brian Walsh, from the World Bank, and Jack Baker.
