Resilience for Security

Alice Hill, Research Fellow at the Hoover Institute, presented to SURI students the political challenges in implementing policies for community resilience. Mrs. Hill brings expertise and unique insight from her previous roles as Special Assistant to President Barack Obama and Senior Director for Resilience for the National Security Council.
